New Effective FEMA Flood Maps

Effective October 10, 2024, some FEMA flood map panels in Franklin County have been updated. You can use our new tool “Forerunner” to easily see if your property has been impacted by the flood map change. To find this tool, select the Flood Information tab and find the link to Forerunner at the top of the page. From there, simply type your address in the search bar and hit search. This will take you to your properties flood report, where you can toggle between the new effective FIRM and the historical 2014 FIRM. As always, we are here to help with any questions you may have.
